How do you grade your pasta?
I grade the pasta by using the method below:
Total Rating: The overall rating of the food.
Taste: The taste of the overall meal. Whether the different components of the meal combine/contrast together well.
Appearance: How does the dish look?
Service: How long does the dish take to arrive? If there is waitstaff, how friendly/helpful are they? Is there a buzzer provided if you need to self collect?
Cost: Is the dish worth the amount that it costs?
Ambience: The grading of the place, how nice does it feel?
Bonus Points: Additional points to add to the Total Rating for extra components not listed above.
