Collins

The Story

I had a pretty bad experience with Collins while working there but they sell pasta. I had to review it but the experience was not as bad as I thought. Though, I had some issues with paying the bill.

The Review

The Spaghetti Bolognese from Collin's lunch menu is an exceptional option if you are looking for a nice restaurant. The Bolognese has a rich beef aroma with a thick meaty beef sauce. The abundance of sauce allow you to enjoy it in tandem with the pasta, small bits of minced beef are also scattered within the sauce, being a pleasant and enjoyable part of the dish.

The appearance of the Spaghetti Bolognese is a simple design of minimalism. The use of a slight garnish on the plain plate is a good design that expresses the modernism of Collins.

The staff at Collins are nice and understanding. We did not have to wait long for our dishes even as the place was packed for lunch.

I would say that the Spaghetti Bolognese costing 10.90 not including GST and service charge is a good price but is slightly lacking in pasta portion size.

The appearance of Collins is a dark and modern design with simple black coloured furniture. It is a very sleek and modern design.
